Housing market downbeat

The rights workers have today aren't exclusive to the EU. There is no reason for them not to remain in place post brexit.

Remembering, of course, that Theresa wants to cancel UK's committment to the convention on human rights.

Which of them do you object to, sammy?

That was July 2018

You're out of date!

"Theresa May will consider axeing the Human Rights Act after Brexit, despite promising she is “committed” to its protections, a minister has revealed.
The government will decide on the future of the landmark legislation once “the process of leaving the EU concludes”, a letter to a parliamentary inquiry says."

I'm not out of date until it's a fact.
Ah, so your 'link' is 'truer' than anyone else's?

Repeatedly proven wrong, but you can't admit it.

But then I guess it's a problem you have learnt to cope with, Sammy...

Quite pathetic!

Show it me as signed and sealed fact lal and I'll accept it as such.

Aww bless...

Little sammy digs his hole even deeper...

Time for you to call up your 'reinforcements' methinks, as you've made a total pratt of yourself/yourselves - yet again!

So you can't show it me as black and white fact that we are abandoning the ECHR.

I don't understand this argument that the unskilled Labour is affecting tradesmen. But if you are a skilled labourer then they are not competing against you.

So are they skilled or unskilled?

What are you talking about?

Does immigrant labour conform to only one skill level?

And you can't show me that we aren't, despite claiming otherwise

You've made a dispute against that to suggest a later fact is evident, of which I'm still waiting for you to show. The burden of proof lies with you

As I said earlier, that hole of yours is getting deeper and deeper...

It's ok, I'm patient. I'll wait until you're bored of yourself and can provide clear evidence that we are abandoning the ECHR.

What are you talking about?

I sincerely would like to know.

Is unskilled EU Labour affecting you?

You mention can't build enough homes? Why is there a labour issue?

If you are skilled are EU skilled workers cheaper than you?

Just explain how EU workers have effected the market both skilled and unskilled.

I genuinely would like to know if it has any parallels in the IT sector with respect to Indian IT workers.

Is unskilled EU Labour affecting you?

Until you're willing to commit to saying all EU labour is unskilled I'm not sure what you're getting at.

You mention can't build enough homes? Why is there a labour issue?

People aren't being trained quick enough in the UK, landbank isn't being turned over quick enough for development, profitabillity is low, very few (if any) with the skills required are found abroad.

If you are skilled are EU skilled workers cheaper than you?

It's not just about cheaper; it's about the rights in the workplace. In the UK we expect a certain standard of control, a decent safe environment. Many EU workers don't and so don't ask questions. They're being put at risk; you're clearly happy with that.

Just explain how EU workers have effected the market both skilled and unskilled.

Are you being serious?

You'll have to ask someone who works in the IT sector.

it is our membership of the EU that has allowed the country to be flooded with millions of migrants which has driven wages down and contributed to the housing crisis.
Can you explain how membership of the EU has stopped us from

a) Having a decent minimum wage
b) Enforcing our laws when our employers break them

?
