Housing market downbeat

Housing market downbeat

Yes, there will be millions of people, many of them relatively young, cheered to see that their prospects of owning or renting a home are improving.

Not such good news for those who have scooped up low-priced homes in order to profit from renting them out. I recall one of my stalkers bragging that he owned a number of homes like that.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to property speculators who get their fingers burned.

Totally hypocritical of someone who champions large scale immigration to pretend to have pity for our young people who are unable to afford housing.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to property speculators who get their fingers burned.

And I don't suppose you even realise that mass immigration is what property speculators exploit to boost their profits. Your open border attitude keeps them in business.

But what I could do, is name all the countries that trade with the EU and have negotiated their own terms
1) How long did it take them?
2) Were their terms as advantageous to them as ours currently are with the EU?

how many of the countries negotiating trade deals for 5-7 years have been part of the EU previously and already have all for the compliance, systems and processes in place?
But you want to trash all those.

House prices will never fall significantly unless the government makes it legal to build houses again. (Or a large portion of the population disappears somehow!) Simple supply and demand.
They could abolish the CGT exemption.

Do you cretinous remoaner bozos want a ref ever 6 months (under the bolony of we ",know more now")until you get your own way,,then change the rules to "scrap EU refs.forever!.What a bunch of prats.

So mass immigration drives down wages, and yet those doing the driving down by being the ones prepared to work for less also have enough money to drive house prices up?

How does that work, then?

Your open border attitude

I don't have an open border attitude.

I support the EU Freedom of Movement of Labour policy, which gives citizens the right to travel for work for limited periods and under certain conditions. Have you never travelled for work?

We've been through this so many times. Is it your Alzheimers that causes you to forget? Or you mendaciousness than causes you to despise truth?
