Always acting the devils advocate eh.Why not bring in the same tactics as hussein and other despots used. Make a few of the lesser desirable "disappear" into some landfill site somewhereI think normal police should be as firm as this......it would result in less disruptive behaviour....I am sure that juvenile bad behaviour would be at an all time low.

I was referring to the actions by the policeman agoainst the woman this thread relates to - see the video on page 1And it isn't exactly the same, the riot police officer takes like 3 paces forward to get rid of someone that shouldn't have been there. There was no intent to hurt, just to move. The other guy chased him down the street with a specific idea of hurting the other person.
I'm sure if Ian has run away like the thief, he wouldn't have been struck.
