Ok, they are both on, and all is still ok, although i think it`s too hot for the RADs to heat up just yet.

Yep, everything is working now, no problems what-so-ever. Thank you so much. And now the missus is smelling sweet again

HW is perfect. CH keeps overheating, i am lost for ideas now, i`ve pulled the boiler to bits and put it all back together again and i didn`t see any sign of anything not working or being burnt out. Since the HW is working i can`t see why the boiler temperture sensor or overheat sensor would be faulty ? CH works fine for about half hour turning on and off as it should, but then the pipes above the boiler start banging water then goes into the overflow and the boiler goes into overheat mode.
