I too don't speak any Spanish but it's pretty obvious isn't it, you eat a snickers bar that magically transforms you from a camp transgender to a heterosexual male

I see that as needlessly tacky though, not amusing. That to me makes it offensive. Even if I didn't think it was offensive anyway...
