It is fair to say that Cancer is more prevalent in the modern age due to our lifestyles, but to say it is man made is wrong.

Do you mean medical science gave us the ability to love longer? Most cancer is age related after all.
Who gave us the knowledge to develop the ability to live longer?
It isn't man made. It is perfectly natural. It is just the human body is not built to live as long as it currently does. Hence cancer is not EASILY found in the fossil record.

Why do i think God created it?
However, if Man created cancer, then that proves he has free will. Which I believe you or one of your religionist buddies said we didn't have?
So if we don't have free will, then we can't be held responsible for our sins.
If we are not responsible for our sins then we can't be punished by god for actions we have no control over due to our lack of free will and his own grand design and the predeterminism imposed on the human race.
But you (and for the sake of speed this refers to all the other nut job religionists) said we don't have free will.
So ignorance was forced upon us by God? Or rather, if we are ignorant how can we be blamed for our actions good or bad? Which kinda blows the concept of original sin out of the water. Taking your religion along with it from the very beginning.
