I think I saw them , 2 years ago at Roundhey Park...
a lost weekender by Alans Tours ...AL an his door staff ,
always remember with the Beautiful south singer Paul heaton
smashing lad ....
sat morn .........
joined him in his caravan ... F**king hell thought I could sup ..lol ...
as my "new best friend"(bit creepy ) as he called me .....
he got his staff to produce every european ale in can /bottle , an we spent 12 hours tasting sips here an there /Al who was there with Simon , Dave(part time fire bobby ) the other door lad was in the wings shagging all the groupies ..
when Paul got his arm around my neck an trying the big man , til I flipped him over , he went off then an was throwing up outside came back inside an wanted to go to Barcelona ...
we all laughed but he was deadly serious ,lol
even sent couriers to my mates houses for their passports ..
not mine I didnt have one ... I stayed as VIP GUEST ..in his caravan ...for rest of festival .. good ...
mates who went with him got a write up in his Autobiography..lol...
sad no-mark best mate got none ..lol
btw in the book he called them his drunk /BAD DAYS ..snigger
