I got a free workshop and yard with our first house. Split it up when we moved and kept it. Had 13 years of free use and 20 years of rental income so far. Lucky eh?
Mind you the house was a complete wreck and it cost around £5k more than a ‘done up’ house at the time. Worth it in the long run though.
