The visit could be short in terms of a number of war aspects but again 100% do not back it. However a lot do..

Many do misuse the word genocide but the court's attitude is that if certain things continue long enough that will be the result. The end of a culture. No my stance is that commentary is fine, even if nobody is really interested. Its not illegal to be a racist and certainly not illegal to bang on about the same things in different threads.

I am not Jewish nor a Jew. I am not pro-Isreal not pro-Jew, not a Zionist or any other label those who hate Jews like to use. I don't much care about any religion other than to show respect to those who are devout believers. I do not use big bang theory to mock devout Christians who believe the universe is only a few thousand year old. I wouldn't tell a Hindu to make up his mind on the total number of gods, nor ask why Houri or Hadith are such desirable rewards for a Muslim, given the description.

I would not mock a Jew and tell him to follow the teachings of the new Testament which rejects his faith.

If you choose to do it as a form of abuse, with the intention of stirring religious hatred, you commit an offence. You know this but refuse to accept it. The same applies to stirring hatred against a race.
