Scroll down a bit and it explains what happened, the parcel was put on the floor (as is std practice now) and she got dizzy and fell over when leaning down for it.
Then why is the video edited to omit the start of the proceedings?Maybe the postman, having put the parcel down turned to leave - seconds later she fell.
