That's why I'm suspicious that the video does not start when the person falls down.
Surely the camera was working all that time. Even if it's motion sensitive, it would still have recorded movement.

Scroll down a bit and it explains what happened, the parcel was put on the floor (as is std practice now) and she got dizzy and fell over when leaning down for it.

I do not know the truth of this, but reading the article, she was quick to point out that the postman did not see her fall, how could she know that.
And why would she feel the need to say it...........

Perhaps the video poster did not want to embarrass the neighbour showing her fall.
Just because you do not get to see it does not mean that it did not happen.
