Perhaps the video poster did not want to embarrass the neighbour showing her fall.
Just because you do not get to see it does not mean that it did not happen.

If anyone recognises the property, they'll know exactly who it is that fell.
More importantly it would valuable credence to the story. As it is, it's open to question as to its veracity.
