Well John it appears Hamas at least don't discriminate exclusively. When the Hamas army invaded Israel they didn't only rape and sexually torture women they did it to the men also.

Israel has all those and was unable to prevent the palestinian military attack/invasion on their country, this is just Israel fighting back, like any other nation would do.

Israel has bombed civilian infrastructure including sewers, drains, and water supply pipes.
They've bombed any electrical generation so that sewerage treatment does not work and becomes stagnant.
Israel has severely restricted medical equipment entry to Gaza, along with most other things.
They've destroyed hospitals, bombed first responders.
