The bit where it talks about everyone being equal.
Does it? Where? The bit where it talks about everyone being equal.
I'm not quite sure what side of the debate you're coming down on with this statement. My assertion is migration (legal or otherwise) isn't going away, if the experts are to be believed it's only going to increase, including climate migrants etc. Whether people agree or otherwise, the 'pull up the drawbridge' stance doesn't cut it for a number of reasons. There needs to be a better strategic approach to migration and how it's managed.I see this rhetorical framing a lot. 'Whether or not it's going to happen is not the question - you have no choice, it's just a cosmic force like the tides and they're going to flood into your country, all you can do is decide is how you're going to accommodate them once they're here'
Or start planning to do something else, like reducing the desire and need to move to the west for money.I see this rhetorical framing a lot. Animal Farm is a beast fable, in the form of a satirical allegorical novella, by George Orwell, first published in England on 17 August 1945. It tells the story of a group of anthropomorphic farm animals who rebel against their human farmer, hoping to create a society where the animals can be equal, free, and happy.Post #36.
