When asked for clarity, so folk could have some context about his desire to video himself destroying a holy book, here is what he said....

Take a look at YouTube - lots of examples. From heavy metal bands showing how "satanic" they are. To people showing they have biceps.

It would depend on the wording used in any bill. "Showing no respect to something" wouldn't work in itself.
