I’d say he knew and stood back.
Nothing suggests that is the case. Makes a good conspiracy theory though.

"The allegations against Savile were dealt with by local police and a reviewing lawyer for the CPS."

So he wasn’t head of the CPS at the time ?

And had previous connections to saville

Ok…

Are you sure?
Mr Starmer was head of the CPS when the decision was made not to prosecute Savile but he was not the reviewing lawyer for the case. An official investigation commissioned later by Starmer criticised both prosecutors and police for their handling of the allegations.

Argue with full fact

Correct. Nothing to see here.

You mean when Boris Johnson made up some rancid bullspizz

Keir Starmer was not responsible in any way shape or form for Saville not getting prosecuted.

You are just so easily taken in by right wing populism it’s laughable

So he was head of the CPS?

And stood back…. While saville wasn’t charged.

I thought as much.
It's funny to see the toryboys following the Dominic Cummings playbook that's being fed to Musk.

One has to wonder though, as head of the CPS and with a case as large, important and in the media spot light.

What was more important? He obviously had something very, very pressing to deal with!

It’s almost like he hid away from it.

No, it isn't like that at all.
That’s your opinion.

I’d say as head of the CPS he should have had his finger on the pulse.

Maybe the case wasn’t important enough, to him.
