I think we know what he meant by that. Use of that phrase speaks volumes...

I wanted to give him the opportunity to clarify what he meant...however, he does not appear to wish to explain this siutuation any further.

Johnny_t makes a very good point.....if it were only someone's own greivances about being told not to wear a hoodie/crash helmet, fine...fight for those rights......it just appears to be those, already with an axe to grind against certain minority groups, will use whatever means or arguments they can to further their persecution of these groups, always on the lookout for perceived injustices.

Rather than trying to better their own lives in a positive manner they look on others with envy and hatred to make themselves feel better.

Sadly, if it wasn't the muslims, it'd be another group of people they've categorised, such as jewish or black people, that would bear the brunt of their bile. This is what makes it difficult to discuss these issues reasonably with people who betray themselves with comments like "you want to play the white man" as it is not muslims per se, but also their personal mindset that clouds the debate. This prejudiced mindset is not solely made up of white extremists, but muslim extremists also...an ironic thing being they both don't realise (or more likely, don't wish to realise) how much they have in common.

People did used to say ''play the white man'' meaning to be fair because it was considered that white men were fair and yes that is incredably perverted for todays standards but at the time it was said pefectly innocently although you could argue that ignorance is no excuse, My name is Richard and I have used the term ''play the white man''

For noodiz, yes he was white, but you missed the point by a mile, if we (the whites) wanted too be told what and not to do in this country, we could have saved ourselves from going to war twice, plus I have no problem if Muslims keep there's on or not, the point is we are being told we cannot for one reason and they can for some other reason, or is it for the super-markets profits and treat every body as a thief.
