Labour town hall ignoring warnings about grooming gangs

Fromage doesn't have what it takes, alright.

He's a few billion short, is what President Musk means (y)

:ROFLMAO:

Like rats in a sack.

Anyhoo, Reform is a limited company iirc, with Fromage as the major shareholder.
He's a front for the billionaire supporters of re form, but in a way so is Trumpf for the alt right. But they are the best the right wing has got, and without their appeal will not pull in the votes. I wouldn't be surprised if Nige stands down if the sniping becomes constant bombardment.

Good old Nige!

I know what you mean, what them fail and all that. But they could be in for 5 years, a lot of damage could be done in that time.
Agreed, mind you, I'd love to see what bullsh1t they'd come out with once in power for a couple of years e.g. when on something like Question Time and the small boats still landing ...

Oh wait, we won't have a BBC under Reform, so it would need to be another tv prog.

Because once in power, it would be on them (to fix all the issues.) As the weeks and months roll by once in power, I wonder what excuses they'd come up with for not getting stuff resolved
We have a live example of that, which starts officially on 20th Jan

I'm still waiting for Starmy to start "smashing the gangs".

I imagine he's only just about able to smash his breakfast avocado.
He's surely got to rebuild trust with Europe first. The last but one PM said she didn't trust the French, not a great start

Tories are right wing

They've spent the last 40 years transferring wealth from poor people to rich people

They espouse the ideology of free market liberalism

They are right wing

Labour will be just the same. Except for train drivers, who are coining it anyway, expect more transfer of wealth to rich people. Labour's snouts are just as deep in the trough with freebies from dodgy peers in exchange for priviliges.

Immigration and taxes were higher than previous labour government. Not exactly right wing or Tory.

After he's rebuilt trust with US. Most of the cabinet have slagged off Trump several times over. Seem to forget we need US far more than they need this $h!tty little island. Bunch of amateurs. So much for diplomacy!

The Don’s a forgiving man, both Elo n and Banon fell out of favour and came back into the inner circle.

It goes back further than that, to the Falklands, and rightly so.

"We asked Mitterrand not to give assistance to the Argentinians. If you're asking me: 'Are the French duplicitous people?' the answer is: 'Of course they are, and they always have been.'"

I was going to watch a tv prog the other night about degrowth, however it was cancelled or postponed due to the New Orleans attack.

It's always struck me as odd that everything hinges on the economy constantly growing.

Of course it's highly unlikely it will ever happen to any significant degree, the old traits of greed and power will never loosen their grip.

Well it's interesting that you should bring that up...

Let us not forget the role your favoured state that is currently engaged in genocidal actions in Palestine played in the Falklands back then...

"Israel provided, via Peru, air-to-air missiles, missile radar alert systems, and large capacity fuel tanks for the Argentine Skyhawk aircraft, giving them extra defensive capability and air time over the Falkland Islands, during the conflict"

Do you condemn the support they gave to the Argentinians in the same way as you condemn the French, and will you describe the Israelis as 'duplicitous people' similarly?

And lest you forget, four British warships were sunk by bombs dropped from Skyhawk jets, and another four were damaged.

a good good thread pointless heading
pure eveil has happened
councilors are civilians as we all are
they have opinions like we all do
its the whole off society thats responsible for reporting wrong doing
that can be freinds and family
neibours or anyone with a reasonable suspicion

trying to pass the buck off responsibility to a specific unconnected part off society says more about the accusers
