It’s not about how many were deported, it’s about how many were deterred. I wasn’t a fan of the Rwanda scheme, but remote processing works.

Who wants to play snakes and ladders when you end up back at the start.

Remote processing.

See the word processing. That's what's needed.

No because none of that is true

What restrictions on free speech.
Slaughters due to mass immigration.
Poor pensioners will get heating allowance.
Sorting out overdue pay issues.

Hyperbole
You have to understand reaganandcarter, he was raised on a diet of extreme racism.
Now all he can do is vomit his extreme racism, and he hopes to infect others with it.
Some may be encouraged by his outbursts, others see him for what he really is, an angry, under-achiever, who needs to satiate his anger by blaming others for his failures.

Make up your mind.
Crossings have surged since.

If the crossings were deterred, what do you think was happening?
The asylum seekers were standing around at the French border waiting for the result of the election?
These clever asylum seekers, reading the UK news, watching and predicting the political climate, waiting for the good weather to arrive.
According to you, all they had to do was get in a dinghy, wait for a French escort to halfway across, then phone for a taxi.

What you are dismissing is that the Rwanda scheme was cancelled, including for those who had already arrived.
So they didn't need to wait, they could have come when it best suited them and the cancellation of the Rwanda scheme will still have prevented their deportation.

he's toughening up sentencing for anyone right of centre who protests about little girls being slaughtered due to mass immigration,

You are so wrong, it barely warrants a response.

The little girls were murdered by someone born in Wales.

And as regards why SK is - quite rightly - cracking down on the disturbances, would you care to offer an opinion as to why?
(Clue: it ain't about silencing opposition ;) )

Remote processing.
It wasn't clear to me as to exactly what that meant. Mention of sensitive cases. I suspect it means that true asylum seekers finish up here. If that is the case international law would be indirectly met.

What's the problem with the true ones. Pretty simple really - a lower % of them finish up in work. That based on long term data. Given the change in the route now I am not at all sure that the figures would still be correct.

One disturbing aspect currently is the number that have "dropped" their application by not turning up at the centres. Where are they?

Much the same as with the Bristol riots which in practice were not just there.

My memory of Bristol riots go back a lot further. Somewhere else on here, Notchy claimed that no one riots like the right wing. I can assure you then can and do. When I was working for Lloyds bank in early 80s, the local ethnics rioted and burnt down the St Pauls branch of Lloyds Bank. It was never rebuilt, so typically only they suffered from losing the only bank stupid enough to still have a branch in a ghetto. Notchy also disgracefully disrespects the memory of poor PC Keith Blakelock. Left wing libertards conveniently have a very short memory. I don't.

Only the dumb liberals on here will believe that only right wingers can cause mayhem.

Have a go at answering the above, @ReganAndCarter

Bias and his two tier approach. Quelling protests from people who have had enough of being lied to and suffering mass immigration. Starmer is desperate to silence uncomfortable truths. Happens on here too - many of my posts are deleted when they get too near the truth. You ought to try it some time. ;) (y)

Take a day off from being a moron, would you?

Cracking down on riots is not comparable to "the derisory sentence for the rape of an 8-yr old girl", or whatever false equivalence was drawn up earlier in the thread.

Without a basic framework of law and order, we'd all be living in The Purge, and terrible crimes (such as the rape example) would be a feg-sight more common than they currently - thank goodness - are.

Crack down hard on all crims (y)

I was just following your example, Kia boy. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO: When the insults begin, the argument is lost - not sure you have one at all, your last post was virtually unintelligible.

Get back to Mumsnet. You'll feel right at home.

And lay off whatever it is you're taking.

Mine do too. All I was pointing out was that they were riots and handled the same way. Just as any future ones would be. Factions involved in the riots don't matter in this respect.

No answer then.
