Method Statement & Risk Assessment

The Method Statement and Risk Assessment forms we have are overly complicated and geared more to building contractors than electrical contractors.

Has anyone got a copy of suitable Method Statement (mainly) that they use? I could do with reducing ours and removing fields that are considered not required. It currently runs to 5 pages!

Would be interesting to see what others use!
