I'll never understand why any folk have a problem with any of this BLM stuff. It's movement striving for change, same as the suffragettes, Stonewall.

It's the 'B' in BLM that the racists can't handle. Ever likely to get booing from a Millwall crowd.

How do you think black people who oppose BLM handle the B?
I don't believe have come across any black people who oppose BLM. I'm sure there are many black people who oppose rioting and disturbances etc.

In Newham's six form college, they support BAME's and have a policy of representing their most marginalised and under-represented students. They even allowed one of them to join the student ambassador programme. She's the 'ME' in BAME in this picture.

It's not really the same is it though. There is nothing out there that BAME aren't allowed to do, there is so much support out there for them in form of government funded programs, private companies having special programs for them to be employed, university support left right and centre.. there really is no excuse for anyone of the BAME community not to achieve. If they are not achieving with all the support that's out there for them then they need to look in the mirror, that's where they will find the true fault. At some point they need to stop blaming the evil white man whom give them all the tools they need to succeed.

It's the white kids in poor areas that are being left behind, with lack of support and grants etc.

As yet no one has actually provided proof that BLM is good for the black community, and there is no evidence that the millions raised has been put back into the community. So far all that's happened is the money's gone offshore and then got lost....

Out of interest, do BLM encourage stop & search? I honestly don’t know.
Cressida Dick last week said they used targeted stop & search because black males are 90 percent more likely to be murdered than white youths, black on black attacks. So I suspect they must be fully behind the police trying to stop this happening.

Nothing that the BAME community can't do? How about live their lives without racism and have equality?
I don't think I'd like to be held back from jobs because of the colour of my skin (have a google before you say this doesn't happen). I don't think I'd like to walk down the street and have racist comments uttered at me at any given time. I don't think (as in the case in America), I'd like to fear the police - not because of what I may have done wrong, but because of the colour of my skin. That's just for starters.

It's a movement for change. If the BAME community have had enough of not being treated truly equal, then I don't have a problem with the BAME community speaking up - providing (as the same as any protests), it's done peacefully. I've seen enough comments on here to see that racism exists and also ignorance regarding the issue quite common.

I seriously cannot understand why anyone would find this challenging to themselves or unfair. Weird.

What countries are more tolerant & equal than the uk? I’ve heard good things about the Czech Republic.

Bore off, it's a small minority that are racist not the majority.

As I said there is so much help out there for them, whether they choose to accept this is or not is upto them.

Racism is an exception as opposed to the rule,

People have a problem with BLM and the demonisation of white people, the toxic rhetoric, the zero acceptance of black people whom dont agree with the way they work, the devisiveness that has been caused instead of the togetherness that should have happened etc , not that racism still exists.

I hate the word Tolerant. It suggests you can stay just as long as you sit in the corner and be quite...

We are much more than that. We get on with our neighbours and live well together..

That is of course not the way the left see it... they for some reason would rather tell our friends from different lands and colour that they are not liked...
