As I said earlier, Graham Stringer labour MP has called for a halt to the government keep using North Manchester as a dumping ground.
These poor areas in every major city are bearing the brunt at the moment but are now fit to busting, so it looks like more salubrious areas are going to have to pitch up and take their 'fair' share.
