If the Remain camp was to be believed, then at this point, the UK economy should have been in a massive recession with mass unemployed and social disaster.

That issue should be resolved internally.
With Brexit the government will not be able to hid behind the old 'its EU law' argument.
If the UK becomes a sovereign state, then governments could rise or fall if they don't give the people what they want.

Yes, but they have lots of other options in The EU without any bureaucracy needed to move there that could offer long term prospects and the chance to make a permanent life for themselves in that country should they wish. Coming here is all aggro for no benefit.
