If anyone is interested a great website that will tell you exactly when the ISS will be visible is
https://heavens-above.com/
Put your co ordinates in via the map and it will tell you not only the ISS but also satellites and starlink string of pearls and its 100% accurate
Tap the ISS link and you will see this
It go's date then. (mag) The higher the minus number the brighter it will be.
Then the start time of visibility and its start altitude ALT and direction to look which is always a westerly direction
For 10 degrees imagine the horizon to be 0 and laying on your back looking straight up being 90
Highest point and degrees are also an indication of how bright it will look. 19th of march will be 77degrees and at -3.9 the brightest.
Its not always visible even when it passes overhead as it also depends if it is in earths shadow. The best time to see it is in the summer when the sun is not that low and so the ISS is always in the sunlight
Lookup tomorrow at 19.13 to 19.16 and you will see it but its only at 38 degrees above the horizon
