This isnt about sunbathing in the nude in your own garden at all it seems it is just a neighbourly dispute.
However,
Ifyou can do so without being seen then I dont see why you cant sunbathe naked. If someone then peers over into your garden and gets an eyeful... I think it is tough luck.
I was once fuming with a guy who was touting for trade in pension schemes and life assurances etc, in one house I lived in.
After obviously knocking on the front and getting no reply, he comes round the back, through a gate, and round a corner and through another set of high gates with a sign saying private.He then walks to where I was lying down sunbathing topless, i a recessed part of the garden, by the patio doors which was a private sun trap.
Suddenly, I hear this loud coughing!

People who snoop deserve all they get.
However,

There is a very nice-looking lady who lives next door to me, and having read this thread with great interest I have decided to start a feud with her in the hope that she will start to wander around naked!
