we all know you can not get that amount of gas at that pressure through that pipework no matter who says it

It can when you spend your life sitting on the sofa scratching yourself through your Y fronts

He still wont listen though because Naviaen said they can over come the laws of Physics then it must be true, will say it again as we all know you can not get that amount of gas at that pressure through that pipework no matter who says it
You have not a clue.

A 48 foot run of gas pipe to a 57kW boiler. The last 24 foot is 1/2" the first 24 foot 1". The negative pressure gas valve gets the gas to run down the 1/2" pipe faster. This is baffling the uneducated here. They say it Cannot happen. They do.

Go to 1 min 39 secs.

The very fact that you're just parroting the imperial measurements also proves that you are incapable of working this out for yourself.

Considering that will give well over 15mbar drop over the run, how do think that will comply with UK regulations?

Dumbass.

Great interjection Dannyboy. Now dumbass comes forth. Superb. All part of his development.
The fact is with a Navien you can have 24 foot of 15mm pipe to a 57kW boiler. This driving many here mad. I am sure many are screaming in the streets and frothing it is bothering them so much, and it prompts Dannyboy into posting piccies.

57kw boiler needing 5.80 m3/h. A straight gas run would have to be 28mm to allow a .0732mbr drop.

With no other appliances

I take it all back, Navien are absolutely brilliant. They work around the laws of physics.

hhmm.. Well, total... over the run with inch steel for the first 24 feet and half inch for the last 24 feet will still be giving you a total drop of 7.8mBar (3⅛" water gauge if you want to be a smart arse).

How you gonna make that compliant with UK rules Muppet?

It's not a fact. And besides - the calcs for copper are different for steel - even more out of your favour too. But being the clueless halfwit that you are, it's not surprising you overlooked that.

Can you tell us how you're gonna make this 7.8mbar carcass drop compliant in the UK, or how Navien have managed to backfeed pressure into the system when drawing all these cubic metres of gas through the pipe?

Watching the video is amusing. He is amazed there is a pump in the boiler (the internals of which look like a dog's breakfast). As for that installation  PTFE hanging everywhere. JohnD would be in heaven.

Come on Hard-On.... How are you going to make this newfangled gas valve comply with UK rules? How is it going to stop a 7.8Mbar drop in the system?

Navien is like a new religion. Blind faith in the impossible
