The way I see it is;
- In the short term all will work without any real issue.
- In the long term, you have no access for cleaning/maintainance.
- You will get grease deposits down the side of there wall you cant remove.
Hence, if it where me, I would reroute it through the roof before there wall stops you, and take the cost on the head.
It is ofcause mad that there will be two walls within 50mm of each other, but thats life, and short of saying 'just build yours upto our wall' there is no way out from where we are now.
