Never Ending Story

someone had the bright idea to paint them gold, but this lead to massive confusion, as instead of heading for heaven, San francisco was inundated
and the golden gate bridge collasped under the immense weight.......

of ghouls trying to get into heaven via the back door, but fortunately....

St Peter had spotted the gravity of the situation. "Ah souls!" he muttered as he scooped them all up

He marched them all onto the nearest black cloud and blew them away

to TV Heaven; there to spend all eternity watching repeats of Neckenders, Golden Balls and the X Factor

which ensured they had a life of purgatory until one day..

the satellite was knocked out of kilter by a passing meteorite, then all transmissions ceased and peace reigned supreme....untill

 

[Space cat]

that awful day when Chris Evans arrived and pitched straight into his life story. On and on and on he went, finally finishing with --

"Well that was a load of old rubbish wasn't it? But guess what; it used up another ten minutes!"

Nobody replied because the other lost souls had all jumped off to take their chances in hell

Thanks to Chris Evans all the ghouls begged to reform their ways and be given another chance to ....

pay their license fees and fall asleep watching Terry Wogan - but the devil had a surprize for them --
