I realised one thing: you and others on this forum are very skilled at twisting people's arguments.
You throw a sentence out along the lines of "room thermostats make 4 star hotels" and I say that hostels don't have them.
So then you assume that I mean that if it isn't a hostel it's a 4 star hotel.
Do you realise that twisting words to suit your screwed up arguments only confirms that you have nothing in your arguments?
Do you really think that a 4 star hotel, just before letting immigrants in, removes all furniture, facilities and fittings?
They're getting paid more than when they run their business and surely there's a clause in their contract stating that everything must be left as originally handed over.
The only thing they might remove is the staff.
All the rest is paid for by us (I mean "us" = the taxpayers).
Are you a taxpayer?

If there are a lot of budget hotels losing money from a lack of paying customers, they will be looking for alternative sources of business.

There are.

Trivago will tell you you can get a 40% discount on a room.

no one on a bulk contract will ever be in 4 star luxury
4 star =quality surrounds not perhaps 5 or 6 people in a 2-3bed room with possessions all around
4 star = lots off pampering none off which will happen
4 star = full use off the hotel facilities with 4 star food available that wont happen
4 star = quality bedding that wont happen just cheap basic carp

what they will have by default is an overcrowded hostel in a hotel building with no cooking facilities

8 Then you will waste your time collating the proof and they will completely ignore it.
9 Completely make things up that you said and heavily edit your post to fit their point,
10 will make things up that you are thinking and post them in quote marks like its something that you actually said.
11 deliberately try to antagonise a poster to try and get the thread shut down or the poster banned.
12. Telling you, you ought to apologise, for correcting their incorrect fact.

i am just suggesting how it works not sure why you think the wardrobes have been stolen i did not suggest that
putting 2 or 3 times the number off people in a room with all there goods and needs like food and possessions wont have storage provided in the hotel so placed where it can go

why do you think they will throw the beds away?? they wont but common sense say remove expensive bedding and replace with basic and expect the general furniture to need replacing to return to 4 star values when contract finishes
why do you think they will eat better than any one else ??
they will either be given very basic food or an allowance to fend for them selves

and before you have any more thoughts, on my position i think people should be processed quickly and refused entry quickly if not entitled and that is 100% the way this will be vastly reduced as most stay by being here too long to be removed[timed out]

Government contracts and better rates have never gone together.
