Nigels view on how to stop the riots.

It wouldn't have been so bad if they'd done anything. But - throwing blame around excepted - they did fook all.
They tried to bring in the Rwandan deterrent at great cost but alas, the wishy washy's fúcked that up as well.

It is not possible to answer until you have made your original comment clear.

You said “people arriving by small boats are robbers, rapists and murderers”
Your post implies you mean 100% of them

If you don’t please state the %

I answered this post and asked again. You disappeared without answering. Why? Oh yeah, the swervers way of avoiding a question. "What question". "Show me". "Ask me again". "Ask me again differently"…….

The wishy washy left that was in power ?

Or the useless bunch that couldn't get anything to operate legally.

The £700 million spent on Rwanda would have been better utilised here.
That was money thrown at it also some processing. Why they didn't send some and said not now - pass. Looked like there was time to get it rolling to me.

Processing - yes there was some but so far I haven't found any info on the results - where are they and current status? Some it seems have had the claims dropped as they didn't go to centres when told to. Numbers to do appear to have dropped. ????

Labour and what they will do. Still some what TBD other than processing and the other idea. Both need some degree of time. Politics is locked into our current problem, No end of debates etc to come. Those costs will get a mention. On line safety bill still under negotiation with the services so can't be fully applied.

The "wishy washys'" couldn't stop what was legally watertight, could they? ;)

What is it about thieving incompetents, that makes you love them so much?

I see mixed reports on housing.
People that arrive can not get on the housing list. If accepted things change and I would assume the same criteria apply. Social housing - found a link
UK-born and foreign-born people had similar levels of participation in social housing, on average (16% and 17%, respectively).

All that luvvly money that trickled down to me and my company during covid. Fond memories - I miss 'em. ;)
Ah, so you admit you are a thief...

But we knew that all along

So are you out there handing out scaffold poles to your 'nike loving' mates?

Boris Johnson created it as a deflection.

It's purpose was to direct blame onto "lefty lawyers" when it inevitably failed.

some people like you fell for it.

I see mixed reports on housing. Some are adamant recent arrivals jump the housing queue, some are adamant this doesn't happen. I would need to see actual proof of this regularly happening to answer if I think it's fair. If it does happen regularly then my answer would be no, it's not fair.

OK, then how about migrants living it up on the taxpayers in 4* hotels, 3 square meals a day, pocket money, dentist, doctor, etc, etc - while our own homeless, inc many veterans, can only hope for shop doorways, Sally Army hostels or friend's sofa. Is that fair?

Then let them earn a living and pay for it themselves. It's one or the other...
