Damn, didn't realise he was that old. I tend to watch 'The Eagle Has Landed' every couple of years partly because a large chunk of it was filmed down the Road in Charlestown, Donald was thrown out of a window of the Pier House hotel.
RIP, I'll have a drink for you in the Pier House, (when it re-opens soon, closed for refurb after fire).
Watched 'Don't look now' in the cinema back in the seventies, Sutherland and Julie Christie were brilliant in that film, RIP.
I got mistaken for him by an Australian couple when we were eating at a restaurant in Rome about 20 years ago. So he would have been 68 and I would have been 46!
