Opportunity for Input

The Halstead evening went well although the number on the night was rather less than the 20 booked.

We had an hour and a half demo and discussion with the training manager with the sales rep holding his hand at City plumbing in Willesden. Apparently I managed to ask some pertinent questions. One of the answers conflicts with something I have been told so any service agents email me.

The demo of the laptop setup and fault code memory was very impressive. Slightly odd that the fault memory could not be reset though so you need to know what it was before it went faulty. Not much use if its the first time you were there as its only the number and not time/date stamped. He would not give me the code to reset then manufacturers parameters. Any service agents who can help me out on email?

Then there was a small coach to take us to an Indian Bar/restaurant in harrow. The food was very nice and drinks were flowing very well until most left about 11 pm.

Many thanks to City and Halstead for an enjoyable evening.

Tony

quote="Halstead Man"]All - I currently work for Halstead Boilers and have recently found this forum and have been viewing your comments regarding all aspects of boiler installations with great interest.

As part of our Growth strategy we are about to embark on a series of New Product Developments . With this in mind I thought it would be good to take this opportunity to ask you guys ( installers) what your honest opinion of Halstead and its products is , what can be improved, and more importantly what would we need to be able to offer in terms of product, service etc in order to encourage you to install our boilers?????

Any Feedback is geatly appreciated.

I look forward to hearing from you

If you want honesty, you`re company is sh*ite & so are your boilers. Take that to your seminar.

Was that a bit brutal.?

If you want to improve your company & it`s image.. do yourself & everyone else a favour..stop making boilers.

what a b*tch fight, bamber could take someones eyes out with those claws  could have been more possitive and said keep making boilers it keeps everyone in work or the boilers are so outstanding that the repairs prices reflect upon it.
