so go on gives us a hint , this should be amusing .
He’s full of 5hit as per. He knows the hole is getting bigger.

Noseallllllllllllll is sticking to his point, while its largely irrelevant.

The main thing he can’t admit is, when it comes to being disconnected, SM’s make it a doddle.

Not to the energy company. They need to try and rake back all the money lost on faulty SM’s and call-outs to capped meters.

Economics aren’t your strong point, as we’ve noted previously.
it was was a wee bit of a downer when we stopped working on them . The weekly wage dropped below the over a ££££ that was easily hit with the amount of call outs we were getting on them

The first sentence sums it up!

Not really, the 'not working' includes all varieties of 'not working', even an IHD, which might not be able to connect to the HAN, simply because of distance, thick walls or other similar issues, as well as inability to communicate data back to the supplier regularly. So the difference between the smart, and the dumb is zilch, for that last example - the customer has to report readings, for both.

Hence, it's not really anywhere near as bad, as the headline numbers might at first suggest, just the silly people in this thread, (deliberately) misunderstanding the reports, with an agenda.

Then do what the responsible energy customers do, pay your bills when they are due, and you will avoid being cut off..
cut and pasted
Charity says it's helping more people than ever who are struggling to pay their energy bill. New research reveals 5.3 million people currently live in households in debt to their supplier.
