I saw on the news that it was a Muslim bloke that ushered some folk caught up in the supermarket crisis, into a safe locker (chilled food storage thingy).

Honestly, some of the drivel posted in this thread (and all of the other even duller repetitive threads) is a joke.
It is people like Whitedrivel and his blinkered clan that serve to fuel extremism. There are people that exist who are not lefty, libertards, sympathisers, wooly tie wearers etc, who can have an opinion on extemism. Did you know that Clanspeople?

I remember when 'Kosovans' were the ones, and people could somehow spot an 'Asylum Seeker' at 100 paces.
I can't remember much about Muslims in the 90s, although they often came under the general bigotry of those who don't like foreigners or people who look a bit different.
Terrorism by a minority is designed to ramp up a reaction to others, and provoke a backlash - anyone with a modicum of understanding , or knowledge of history should know this. Of course we are outraged, of course we want justice , of course we want to put an end to these abhorrent crimes. But we need to look beyond the end of our nose.

9/11s main purpose, like IRA 'spectaculars' ,was to cause a backlash and the US/UK fell right into the trap set by Al Qaeda.
Much of the stuff on here is doing the same, posts containing unthinking knee jerk reactions that could have been scripted by the very terrorists they claim to hate.
Every time I read one of these hate filled posts I think with sadness 'that's another one up to terrorism'
