A 45A can be used for cookers
It can - but, with diversity, a 45A circuit can supply about 127A (about 29 kW at 230V) of cooking loads - which is perhaps a bit OTT in a domestic environment. Provided you believe in diversity, a 32A cooker circuit should be more than enough for any domestic cooker circuit.
