And yet this unelected 'advisor' who seems to be controlling our PM gets away with whatever he likes...

Dry your eyes boyo.:ROFLMAO:
You don't give a toss when unelected eu advisors and officials get away with what ever they like.

If you had no other choice. Would you call that reckless?
No, not at all.

The thing is with cummings I don't believe for one second that he had no other options, it was a selfish and reckless act on his behalf, he risked the well being of his own child, his parents, his sister and the wider community of Durham. And that is over an above the risks he would have posed to emergency services etc had he broken down or was involved in an accident on his 250 mile journey.

I didn't think much of him to start with, I have now nothing but contempt for the ****, along with his bum chum boris.

I'm afraid 'nasty party' law takes precedent.

But hey, if you want to swallow the propaganda then be my guest :)
I have little time for Boris but throwing around the term Nazi means when someone is actually a full on Nazi no one listens.

From what we hear is that he's not a liked man.... Maybe even Boris doesn't like him.

Maybe he trusts no one but his family as he doesn't like anyone as much as no one likes him...

There is a lot of stuff online with my bike forums (motorcycles) and many are choosing to not go on runs, due to the risk of accidents and pulling ambulance services or health care away from those in need.

But it's "ok" to drive active covid sufferers in a vehicle 250 miles? What if there was an RTC?

Exactly. Lots of people ask what harm it will do if they travel to wherever to meet someone, as long as they maintain social distancing. The point is, they don't want people moving around and potentially moving the virus around too. And there are the what ifs - what if they get taken ill, what if they have an accident, what if they need to stop for petrol, what if they need to use services toilets?

It's not so much the meeting of people, it's the movement to achieve it.
