If every EU country took that attitude, the asylum seekers would all be in Greece and Italy

is that fair?
Is it fair how they're distributed in this country? They were fighting amongst themselves in a 'asylum' hotel in Manchester with knives involved, not reach your neck of the woods. Out of sight out of mind eh.

Don't get asylum seekers in leafy Surrey villages

So you think it’s make perfect sense to allow Greek and Italian economies to collapse

how do you think that’ll work out?
The EU would bail them out, wouldn’t they? That's what it’s all about, this wonderful club, isn’t it?

Copthorne has a hotel with 600 asylum seekers in it.

They go for a walk around the village and sit on the green, I see them most days. they always smile and say hello.

the Vicar has organised an international cafe for them in the church and English lessons. Some of the asylum seekers volunteer to help tidy the churchyard, recently they raised and cleaned all the gravestones for cremations.

They are bailing them out by distributing them across Europe…..which you say is wrong.

Do make your mind up

You were asking about the Greek and Italian economies (post #37), not refugees. I replied in post #38.

Sounds like they'll do anything, even putting themselves out to smile at you rather than get moved oop north where it's overcrowded with 'asylum' seekers.

Something our government should practice. I mean, if it’s good enough for an EU member state to do, why are we playing by different rules?
because we have no control over who leaves France

and as you dont want any collaboration you wont get any
