The only way we would be fractured is if we stopped exchanging information on terrorists surely...? We're not all that good sharing it as it is, but things are improving. I would be very surprised if we stopped/the rest of the EU stopped sharing with us.

Weapons and explosive can be freely transported from the Balkans to the coast of France without once having to be checked... No real borders you see.. Same goes for people as they can move from one country to the next without having to present their passport... Makes then tricky to track you see Boyo..

Aren't a lot of these terrorists already residing in any case?

Why go to all the trouble of making stuff locally where certain ingredients are controlled and a large purchase of such components would most certainly flag up interest with someone or other... Far easier to go to the Balkans and buy good quality Russian made gear.. Following the Balkan war the place is awash with weapons and thanks to the EU it is easy to shift them about all over the EU

It is far more risky to make one own explosives due to the fact that some ingredients will be restricted and purchasing these ingredients will draw unwelcome attention...
