Pump and Boiler not coming on

Guys and girls, I need your help!

Have had problems with the rads getting hot even when room stat was on `0`
Have replaced the 2 port valve for the heating circuit. Problem is now that the pump and boiler will not fire.

On the H/W valve, it opens, makes the switch and I have power going out, but the pump supply is dead.

If I take a wire off the live outfeed from the H/W switch and put it directly onto the pump terminal, the pump runs and the boiler fires up.

Could it be as fault with the programmer? As i know that the pump and boiler are ok?

Hopefully sorted

Boiler has main feed, but no feed from programmer. Linked the live over to the programmer connection and boiler & pump came on.
