My criticism is that he should've done it sooner.
As my mate in Italy says, the UK had warning, unlike themselves and all along she couldn't understand why the UK was dragging it's feet. But like Italy, the UK stayed normal for far too long, worrying instead about infringing on people's day to day lives and the economy.
