You can't "get" the code from anybody. It will be unique to the branch of ADT that installed the system. You need to get a company in who are willing to default the panel and re-program the codes. It's a simple task if you know how. I defaulted and fully re-programmed a monitored Galaxy 60 with 18 zones the other day in about half an hour. Another half an hour to service and test everything should see the job right.
