removing a bathroom light pull switch

It looks to me that the middle switch is wired as 2 way

But, yes - Sunray is correct - all three switches appear to be wired as 2-ways.

Yes all 3 are wired as 2 way

Assuming the red and black are one T&E and it is a spare switch position and it goes up into the same space (Loft?) as the existing pull switch wiring then we have a solution but identifying the cables in the loft may not be so easy...

In fact attempting to identify the cables in the loft by tracing them is probably the next step and who knows OP may even discover what the centre switch is supposed to be for.

That's actually something of a concern, if the pull switch is by the door then the triple switch appears to be a long way away from the door.

That's how I read it. I wondered if perhaps the room had another door to it, from a bedroom perhaps.
Just guessing really. Hard when you're not actually there with a few tools.

I hadn't considered the 2 door scenario, it reminds me of a thread several years back which had been really messed up by the builders, including linking the shower and lights circuits.

In that case, why not put a light switch in the bathroom itself?

How far would a light switch be from the bath or shower? (ignore the sink as that does not count).

It will be live as it's com is linked to another com

I have no idea what the middle one is wired to. Will probably have to call the sparky round for this one.

Why not just put a plate switch on the wall inside the door of the room?

It will stop someone accidentally turning the light off while another is in there.
