I do not blame the suppliers. I have in the past purchased items from Partscenter to find part to be second hand or 'been on the field'. This has been promptly replaced by the branch. I have 'booked out' parts and PCBs to return these if not used. One supplier has a big restocking notice clearly displaying restocking charge and non return of PCBs but am sure it applies to occasional customer rather than the regulars with a good account history.
