Well said to that General. KGB is on the way I guess but must have taken guts. The same applies to all politicians.
 
Latest from the USA is that it will take Russia 3 weeks to build the troops etc to sufficient level for an invasion.

So we should see it happening soon or they must be able to move that much in a rather significantly shorter period.

Several weeks ago the Bullshitteres usa and the uk said that an invasion was "imminent" it never materialised as you know. Both countries then reiterated the BS and moved staff from the Ukraine and nothing. last week they said it could happen anytime.

I've stated the facts before, IE A 100k plus Russian troops have been amassed around that border since they took crimera - there was hardly a battle as the majority were pro-Russian there just like doubass.
 
The latest is that there is to be a coupe in Ukraine. Most of the people there just want peace and could not give a flying **** who lined their own pockets at the top
 
Are the bookies giving any odds on what will come first, an invasion of Ukraine or boris invoking article 16.
I reckon an invasion will come first.

So much so for their intel, lol. I could have told them that weeks ago. They tried to get that girl putin to invade but once someone made a mistake of saying that Putins money the billion may be at risk of being frozen, Putin chickened out.

As I posted few days ago even a top General in the Russian armed forces slagged off Putin just like I slag him off as well as our clown in number ten and the other across the water.

Doubt the Russians will invade Ukraine.
They will probably make some mischief elsewhere to distract attention away from Ukraine.
There is trouble brewing again in Bosnia.
Serb nationalists are getting restless, could all kick off again.
Nato got an easy victory over the Serbs the last time they came into conflict, probably because Russia didn't give the Serbs the support they needed.
This time around it could be different, Eastern Europe and the Balkans in particular are a patchwork of different ethno religious groups who have been fighting each other for centuries, it doesn't take much to get them back at each others throats.
The Russians can use these people to destabilise the region without actually invading.

They are usually the cause of all sorts. Popularist politics, so easy to stir up.

Looks to me given election pledges the Ukrainian government fits in with that category. Take back the Crimea and end the war that they are now not having. It's having a bit of a ceasefire with just pot shots being taken now now and again. Call one side insurgents and all is ok. Around 12,000 people have been killed so far or so it is thought
