Vinty makes a heck of a lot of stuff up. He likes to use catchy stuff like 'mass immigration' to get the gammons up to full colour, etc.Dont understand what you`re saying.

the clap that people like Johnson gave them
burn out can't happen in our hospitals can it. They are so well staffed.

Not. That's part of their issues and claims, not just money. But reading the press you are led to believe, and lots do (looking at you, gone) that it's all about pay.
Inflation is not real then ?It's fair to say I'm sceptical about a group of people who claim 'it's not about the money' and then demand a 20% pay increase.
Yes, it’s real and created by those who demand 20% pay rises.Inflation is not real then ?
Wrong, but a common mistake.Yes, it’s real and created by those who demand 20% pay rises.
interesting that the nurses are responsible for inflation, rather than just trying to keep up with it.Yes, it’s real and created by those who demand 20% pay rises.
Agree, it's a problem. So let's all have a 20% pay rise, everyone will have more money to spend and nobody will try to get it off us by putting their prices up.
When the prices do go up we'll get another 20% rise.
Stuff it, let's just go for 45% now.
Maybe folk wouldn't feel the need to strike if their pay and, in some cases, conditions had continued to rise at a reasonable rate over past years. I'm not advocating folk getting huge increases left right centre and on a whim, however the divide between rich and poor(er) needs addressed. For example the ratio/divide between worker and CEO salary becoming ever wider. So let's all have a 20% pay rise, everyone will have more money to spend and nobody will try to get it off us by putting their prices up.

especially when the CEO tells the workers they can't afford to give a rise.Maybe folk wouldn't feel the need to strike if their pay and, in some cases, conditions had continued to rise at a reasonable rate over past years. that type of of action has helped cause the issues.
