Jeez us

Taking on board all this caper about
Johnson and his past Mis behaviour

Blimey it don’t say much about corbyn :ROFLMAO:

Yes he was that bloke who was up against buffoon Johnson In the election

Seems there was also a fist fight! People sitting on people laps - lap dancers or what? Rolling out of the place rather late and upsetting security. Vomit for cleaners to wipe up - did they have ppe? Karaoke machine. Definitely a bring your own booze.

The interesting one is Boris knowingly visiting a party. Admitted as he thinks it's part of the job. Makes it a little difficult for him to say it wasn't a party especially given what was around even if called a leaving party.

I have a feeling the cabinet may be more susceptible to monkey pox. Monkeys and rats are. it's currently tricky to leave this sinking ship.

Good old Jess. She's got some front having just been investigated by the standards committee and was found to have breached breached para 14 of the code with about 20 failures to declare interests on time or even at all. Naughty naughty.

Still, she did say she was 'truly sorry' for the mistakes.

are you trying to make the point that Johnson is not a lying lawbreaker?

Who mentioned you

If the cap fits wear it

If it does not fit don’t

Simples

What you do or do not think of me is tbh irrelevant

Transam gives not a jot
I am not alone in getting a bit peed off with the sweeping generalisations made about "builders" - that we are all (as you seem to think) bent or on the make, that we are all incompetent and that any half-wit could do our job, and that we are all somehow the less bright or able in society. These views seem to be common currency these days amongst a certain sort of middle-class person, who considers themselves as some sort of intellectual (you know, the sort of tosser who refers to themselves in the third person), and who routinely talk down to and about any of the "Untermenschen" who happen to wear a hi-viz. We aren't all thick, nor are we all bent bastards. That particular soubriquet seems to fit some of the white collar classes to a far greater degree in my experience. As to "if the cap fits..." (which BTW it doesn't) - that is a particularly weak retort from someone who considers it alright to pidgeon-hole and then insult an entire segment of the working population with a throwaway. Or in site terms, a tosser

After that comment it's hard not to think of you as conceited and arrogant.  This "builder" only works in large jobs - so never cash in hand, or income tax fraud (under CIS we are deducted a flat 20% at source) and no VAT fraud, either. When I ran the family business it was always the customer who asked if we could do a cash job, never us asking them for cash. Just because you are as bent as a Tory MP, don't assume that the rest of us are as dishonest as you!

Not talking about your buddy Trans, you are right about customers but builders do that as well.

Our plumber now retired, he was very good paid him cash or bank transfer it did not bother him unless we asked for a receipt at times, not sure why.

The boke was a good un, he had over 20 properties to his names. This was mainly thanks to his side-kick that did the hard graft and he just checked everything anfd or got the work and the parts etc.

The thing I find rather disturbing about partygate is the culture. Forget lockdown. It wouldn't matter when it is as it was. This can't be seen as a result of having a lock down it is just normality for the people who are there.

The cynical part where some one notices noises about a party some of the public held in the press pointing out that they got away with theirs is even worse.

The more important things to worry about is rubbing into some public opinions. The time it's taken for the report to come out has helped with that. However some also relate it to other Boris aspects. Sleeze, trying to avoid things such as resignations that are needed and truth distortions. There are other aspects as well such as MP bullying - toe the line or else.
