Sue Gray

Even if he was unaware of the parties at the time - highly unlikely - he must have known by the time he addressed parliament.

They have just announced the £10b please forgive Boris package, 1/2 from a windfall tax.

Personally I think it's just earlier than originally intended. All one offs one way or another unless I missed something.

One day some one might think about simplifying the taxations system as they haven't done with benefits - 8,000,000 people on those are seen to be in need of help.

a cleaner at Number 10 who had to come to work all through Covid, became ill and died.Maybe time for a H&S enquiry as our H7S department controlled everything during lockdown.

meanwhile, while we’re debating whether boz likes a pint or not .........

OK

Tell me this.

If it's OK to have a beer and curry with your workmates, all above board, why did you Joris lovers triumphantly jeer and say "Ha, ha! Starmer's been caught out: he should face a police investigation too!" ??

You can't have it both ways, much as you'd like that.

I don't want it both ways, as far as I'm concerned Starmer broke the rules, lied about it and should be investigated. I was pointing out that JohnD and Notch insist it was all above board.
Equally, I called JohnD out as a bullsh*tter for stating that no mourners were allowed to attend funerals.

Ignorance of the law as you say is no defence

But you talking about telling a porkie pie in parliament at the dispatch box

So where is your proof that Johnson knowingly told a porkie ?over this nonsense

Doubt you have any thing

So your allegation is based on here say ?

Or what you think ?
None of which amounts to a bag of beans in a court of law

The front page pictures are all the evidence we need to know he lied about it at the dispatch box.

Are you blind, man?

We’re is your proof that he deliberately MIs lead / porkie pied over the caper in Parliament

Basically boils down to your opinion

Who desperately want it to be so

Jeez us wept

I don’t care if Johnson resigns or not

But if I was him I would tell those whinging over the caper to go and do one

I'm not obsessed with this matter but only concerned with the truth and de Piffle's excuses do not have any authenticity whatsoever.
If you do not want to see that, fine, but it isn't just an opinion as so much evidence is available i find it hard to believe any panel of judges would exonerate him.
His previous apology, after the FPN, was not sincere and Steve Baker was so appalled with de Piffle's attitude before the 1922 committee he withdrew support for a politician who he'd staunchly supported throughout Brexit - it's not just Opposition MPs accusing him, it's his own politicians who just can't bring themselves to back a PM who has no concern for anything, or anyone, other than himself.

When Allegra Stratton was caught on camera laughing about the parties she resigned.
The parties de Piffle said didn't happen; so why has he not resigned?

If you're happy to move on from this then that's fine but it will not alter the truth of the matter, nor my acceptance of the facts.

I’m not sure how genuine that was…Steve Baker is a known liar, he got done by standards committee for lying in parliament.

I would guess Steve Baker only did it to apply leverage. Johnson promised the ERG he would break the NI protocol and this to me seemed like a warning shot to apply pressure.

Politics is just a game of strategy, you can’t believe anything at face value.

Isn’t it wonderful how Johnson kept back doing the windfall tax until after the Sue Gray report….a cynical disgusting move designed deliberately to create positive headlines and push his lies off the front pages
