Simple facts are

all the migrants will need some where to live

Tis a basic human right

So that’s one of the reasons why the UK need to build more houses

UK does not provide houses for migrants. That's another urban myth.
The accommodation for migrants is temporary. As temporary as UK fails to process them.
When they have been processed, if their application is successful, they are expected to find their own accommodation.
If their application is not successful, the government can repatriate them, but they have to accommodate them until they are repatriated. The timescale is under the control of the UK.
