I live in a civilised part of the country in a cul de sac where everybody is a friend, not neighbour.
There's one next door to me who has a massive corner garden and in summer all the kids (and adults around it) join in the fun of a swimming pool we bought all together.
Whenever there's something happening kids go along with whomever is doing it: playground, walks in the woods, cycling, skateboard park, etc.
We all help each other with whatever job needs done.
A few old people get regular visits from us and jobs they can't do are shared by the neighbours.
When new people move in the neighbourhood we invite them to parties and all other events.
I know it's unusual nowadays, that's why we make a point of keeping things like that.
And to answer your worries, you have a dozen kids, some almost teenagers and well aware, in public places, how the heck would you be accused of doing anything wrong???
Have a bit of faith in your fellow human being, it makes life better.

If you read my post if full (I know it takes more than 6 seconds attention which is a task in itself), you would know that I do not consider humans 3 little shyts that beat up a 70 year old man.
I called them non humans and stated that they do not have human dna.
Learn to read.
