Terrorism condemned

Incidentally the first rule applies to the claim by sillyboy, et al, that Israel won the land.
It didn't, it won the right to occupy it, but with that right comes responsibilities. Responsibilities that Israel has persistently flouted, and continues to flout.
  • The occupant does not acquire sovereignty over the territory.

The basic laws and rules that an occupying force (The occupant, i.e Israel) must respect.
You might spot that Israel has broken pretty much all of them.
It was obliged to prevent its Israeli civilians settling in occupied territory, it never has. In fact it usually encourages and assists it.

The same applies:

Israel has consistently and persistently flouted international law.

My statement that 8000 Israeli settlers were removed from Gaza in 2005 was in response to;

Because no Israeli government will evict Jews from illegally occupied land...

Spin it whatever way you want, my statement is correct, ellals is incorrect.

Then you are ignoring international law.
Israel was obliged under international law to prevent any settlement of Israelis in occupied territory, West Bank, Gaza and Jerusalem. (And Golan Heights and other occupied terirtory.)
I did say you're like a typical zionist, ignoring international law and the rules of occupation. Perhaps you'll now stop your silly claims about Israel complying with UN resolutions.
Perhaps you'd like to peruse the list and see if you can pick out any Rules of Occupation that Israel has not broken.

Prior to October 7th Israel hadn't occupied Gaza since 2005
Your opinion is worthless.
The ICRC considers Gaza to remain occupied territory on the basis that Israel still exercises key elements of authority over the strip, including over its borders (airspace, sea and land – at the exception of the border with Egypt). Even though Israel no longer maintains a permanent presence inside the Gaza Strip, it continues to be bound by certain obligations under the law of occupation that are commensurate with the degree to which it exercises control over it.

You are making a foolish mistake.

Only to be expected, really.

In what way ??

Are you following the party line ??

What’s Starmers / policy on the caper ?

Corbyn is no longer in the party ? Why is that ? ;)

I assume you know ? But if you don’t it’s to be expected ?

Gaza and the Sinai were under military occupation...

Different from the case in the West Bank...

And in actual fact it was the Israeli courts who implemented it, not the government...

Maybe that's why bibi is now trying to remove the powers of the Israeli courts in favour of the Israeli government under his 'legal overhaul' policy?

In addition to avoid any consequences of being a corrupt b*stard! ;)

Well that’s cleared that up than

Different type of eviction

Afai recall groups of Israeli citizens threatened to kill them selves over the Sinai evictions ?

Left to me they would have been encouraged to get on with it

Carrying out people in body bags is a damn site easier than dragging people out kicking and screaming

Gaza and the West Bank are still under occupation.
The Sinai was, but isn't anymore,
Gaza was Egyptian at one time prior to the Suex crisis.
