And that phrase shows why you've stopped thinking for yourself. You quote the litany over and over again without thinking about it. Man has sinned many times over since Jesus came, but you still go back to the phrase that he was crucified to take away our sins, which we then continued to do, so as I said, when's he coming back to expediate them for us again.

If Jesus takes the punishment for our sins, then it take away out personal responsibility to atone for what we did. And whilst that was kind of him o do so, it teaches us nothing.

But why do we need to be forgiven, and for what; for the sin of being human and fallible. That's why we're here to learn to forgive each other for the sins we commit against each other - you quote the scriptures left right and centre, but without understanding the bigger picture.

Still I suppose this is your learning curve, and I've got to forgive you for your hubris and stupidity. You are who you are in this life, and I have to learn to accept that without judgement.

Not at all, I'll happily discuss things, but I hate ignorance and those that push their view down others throats. A reasonable person will change their point of view when given a reasoned argument, but a bigot insist they're right no matter what you say. The trick is to know what you can prove, and admit you're not sure on what you can't, and then to know the difference between the two.

no, i hate to see animals suffer. before you blame God, think about the testing of animals for cosmetics. think about the demise of bees,because of greed,the poachers of elephants , rhinos for tusks. what about oil spills,polluted rivers,chemical dumping,i could do ten pages of things man does against nature.

no wonder God put fear of man in animals,birds,wild life to protect them,other wise they would be to trusting and wiped out.
